Virgin Experience Days is currently promoting one- and two-day courses at the award-winning Novelli Academy based at a 14th-century Hertfordshire farmhouse close to the town of Luton. The school, which opened in 2005, was voted in the top 25 cookery schools in the world within the first three months of operation.

Sign up and you’ll join a Novelli Academy chef for a hands-on lesson involving some of internationally-renowned Michelin Award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli’s most delicious dishes.
As well as learning new skills and enjoying demonstrations you will enjoy a delicious lunch and take home a recipe folder to help you recreate the dishes at home.
Sample course content includes essential culinary skills, seasonal food, cooking for specific meals such as lunch and supper parties, preserves and food and wine appreciation. Those on the longer course will delve into areas like bread-making, knife and cutting skills or vegetables and herbs.
